If your application is granted, the district court will issue you with a certificate of entitlement, which you can use to contact us. According to the Advice Assistance Act, you only have to pay EUR 15 for the advice and, if necessary, extrajudicial representation by us, the remaining costs are covered by the state treasury.<\/p>\n<p>Advisory assistance is provided in the field<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>of civil law, including matters for which labor courts have jurisdiction<\/li>\n<li>of administrative law<\/li>\n<li>of constitutional law<\/li>\n<li>of social law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the field of criminal law and the law on administrative offenses, only advice, but not representation, is covered by the advisory assistance.
